RETURNS & SHIPPING

Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges:

Due to most of our items being handmade & made when orders are placed, PURCHASE OF ITEMS ARE FINAL.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. This includes our items on Sale. 

When a customer has received an order and there's a problem with the order, YOU (the customer) have 7 days from the order being received to contact us in case of any issues.

If there are any issues with your item like a defect or a mistake on our part please contact misteriamuse@gmail.com so we can handle the issue correctly. 

If an item needs to be shipped back, the customer is liable for the return fee unless there was a mistake made on our side, then we will cover the return fee.
